My husband and I would like to thank you for all your hard work as our seller’s agent. We interviewed some local agents who supposedly knew the surrounding area, but only you genuinely knew all the tidbits and local nuances that make Central Bucks such an endearing place to call home. No one sells our area better than you. You are kind and patient, but know when it’s time to get down to some serious business and offer “get real” advice. And best yet, you brought us multiple offers in a down market!
I also want to extend a huge thanks to your support network. The marketing materials and special traffic-driving events were innovative and professionally executed beyond anything we’ve ever seen….we know…we move a lot!
Thank goodness we talked to you before making any major renovations. YOU SAVED US A MINI FORTUNE! You told us where to spend our money so that we could get the biggest bang for our limited “fix-up” budget. And the workers in your concierge network responded quickly, finished everything in record time, and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Getting us to market was pretty painless.
On a final note, I want to personally thank you for holding my hand through this process. Selling a home is emotionally exhausting, especially when my husband was working out of state---and there I was left behind to juggle young kids, constant cleaning, and showings. Your encouraging words kept me going.
